The Challenge

easyProperty.com is a new online estate agent that wants to cut through the competition with ‘easy’ style service allowing you to be in control of letting your property

We interrogated the brand to find the points of strength – straight-talking, value, convenient. BLAC developed some punchy but humorous press ads poking fun at the universally unpopular high-street estate agents.

The idea

We disrupted the market by focusing on the frustrations that landlords have with their estate agents. We created a humorous TV/ Viral  ’ showing a very public break-up between an estate agent and a landlord.

The reaction

We have aligned solutions by developing a supporting social strategy which contained the tools for our client to launch on all applicable social platforms. This included monthly posting plans, posting ideas and events calendar allowing the client to continue the management in-house.

The site is now on a soft launch and reaction from landlords has been very positive .
