The challenge

Gerate awareness of an interaction with in the face of high spending competitive brands extensively using TV.

The idea

Take a deliberately contrasting approach and focus on press, direct mail, on-line and viral including pioneering work in search engine optimisation (SOE) with an integrated promise of ‘serious about jobs’

The reaction

Within a year, appeared at number 1 out of almost 2.5million Google search pages, number 2 of almost 2 million MSN search for the generic term ‘job vacancy’. Within 6 months we almost doubled unique monthly users achieving client number 2 status in their market sector. The Guardian voted our cinema and viral commercial featuring Ricky Gervais as the 6th ‘Best Cinema Commercial of all time’.
